'10 MIN. BOOTY WORKOUT || build round booty / optional with weights | Mary Braun'

'YEAHHHH !!! Our first booty workout with weights is finally here. These 10 Minutes are intense and not joke..Grab some weights,a dumbbell,a kettlebell or if you don’t have any weight just use a bag filled with some heavy food or interior.You can also do this without weights, the burn will be great too. I used 6 Kg.  FOCUS ON:  Squats are always hard in my opinion: -Keep your back straight -Bend your knees outwards-Press yourself up through your heels  Deadlifts are not as easy as they look: -Straight back in one line with your neck-Keep one knee bended and use your hamstrings to press yourself up  Lunges are my enemy: -Front knee in a 90 Degree angle  -Keep your knee behind your toes  -straight back (don’t bend too much forward)  Have Fun, Enjoy the burn and you got 1 Min. of break :) Happy Humpday  _____________________________  MUSIC by Epidemic Sound https://www.epidemicsound.com  Follow me on Instagram for daily Motivation ♥︎ Instagram: @_marybraun'
